On behalf of the University of Thessaly, I am delighted to invite your University to participate in our upcoming Erasmus Blended Intensive Programme “PΗRONESIS (emPower HR: develOp and eNhance Employability Skills in busIness Students)” in May 2024.
In the dynamic landscape of human resource management, the need for a comprehensive and experiential learning approach has become increasingly evident. To address this demand, our blended project has been designed to provide business students with a unique blend of on-site (13-17 May 2024) and online experiences. This project encompasses a week of academic and organizational talks, followed by immersive company visits focused on real-world challenges. The culmination of the project involves online presentations and the synthesis of outcomes.
We believe that this project will be an invaluable learning experience for students and teaching staff for all universities partners. By fostering collaboration and exchange between our institutions, we aim to enrich the educational experience of our students and prepare them for success in their future careers.
