In this course, the organization and management of businesses is established as a separate science that combines, synthesizes, completes and develops multiple interdisciplinary findings and methods into a single coherent whole.

A first acquaintance is made with the basic principles of systems theory and cybernetics, which constitute the systemic approach to the management process. The process of criteria and scientific decision-making methods is analyzed and an acquaintance with the classical probabilistic approach to decision-making is attempted through the construction, analysis and use of decision trees and the application of utility theory.

Finally, an analysis is made of the basic categories of single functions of administration - organization and the elements that make them up: planning, design, organization, direction, leadership, motivation, communications, staffing, control.
